I insisted she say the words "I'm not a robot." The human operator behind the robot or the programming pretended not to hear my response and when I insisted she deny her robotness, she cut the call off.

We received a threatening text from this person because we did not listen to him give his pitch for becoming our agent. We get dozens of calls a day but we are already compliant and have an agent. He threatened to "put the word out" about our company, because we only gave him 2 seconds of our time to him.

Jimmy Got a phone call from 419 631-5628 @ 1:24 PM, Then got a call from 419 631-5767 @ 8:32 PM, then a Text from 419 631-5685 asking who I was and I said no one you know. Then tried to tell me I called them and sent me a fake list. I had no out going calls to any of these numbers.

Recorded message saying their were cardmember services and could lower your interest rate
