Brittany My boyfriend got a call from this # but ignored it. I called to see who it was onmy cell. They picked up, but said nothing. I heard some background noise andperhaps some children, then they ***g up. This isn't the first time I've gotten A strange call from a "708" number.  I tried to google it and all I came up withwas that it was possibly a cell number from toledo. If anyone else has experienced this please respond. Thanks
