Received a text about my home property, unsolicited. I replied back and ask who it was and they would not answer.

I constantly get calls from area code 423, because that is the area code of my cell. But I no longer live in that area they are ALWAYS spammers. I believe the 205 exc****e is designated for cell phones (possibly throw away?). I called this number back. It rang 3 times, then I got a fast busy
