this specific number calls me daily and just holds the phone and never says anything back..sometimes they will just hold the phone other times they breath etc... when I try and call the number back it says number has been disconnected please help me figure out who this prank caller is and how there using the phone when it says its disconnected.

A *****pot outfit s****ed early this morning! Chattanooga, TN on the callerID! It all s****ed at 8:21 AM Today! At least that's what the caller ID says?Their number is 1-423-208-***5! Anytime you don't have anything to do givethem a call! They are too chicken to answer their own phone though! It seemsfunny they can get away with calling me at such early hours only to **** upwhenever they call me? It's as if they really don't want to talk to anyone?I guess if you are working for somebody else and they are only giving you$.02 an hour you don't really want to work too hard? Well, I'm tired ofgetting up to answer their calls! I'm thinking seriously of going toMagic Jack for my whole Home Phone load. That way it will be off when I goto bed and be off until I turn my computer on a***n. Then I won't have toworry about Businesses and people that can't practice proper phone etiquette.This outfit should have it's phone privileges revoked forever!

Anne Same as above--caller calls whenever I walk in my door--can they be stalking me?  Never leaves a message and no answer when the call is returned.
