Do these calls ever work? Not worth the electricity to make the call. Another number added to the blocked list

They have called me 14 times since April with the same information. We are sending you a new meter and we need to verify your insurance information. I tell them I don't want a new meter and the guy wants to argue. The last time they called I threatened him with the Better Business Bureau and the FCC. I also went a little Red on him.
