Billy r'ced text message "I can't answer the phone right now & I don't have voice mail. send me a text message" don't recognize the # so I deleted it w/out answering.

Billy recorded message from "... Heather from customer services...." said there was not a problem w/ my account but I need to call to get lower interest rate on my credit. I stopped listening at that point & ***g up.
