Called and wouldn’t speak

This number tried to scan and blackmail me.

I own and operate a dog walking pet sitting service. He texted me saying his name David Britton and he saw my profile on Yelp and "was I available to drop in visits for my lovely La***dor retriever. Where precisely are you located?" verbatim - I am 99.99% sure it's spam based on my experience and his replies and when i called him I get this is only a text/email phone) DUH. Not to mention his 423 # is a TN #.
