unknown yea I getting really tired of this guy calling me he wont stop. every morning he calls at like 7 and if i dont answer then keeps on calling and calling. Tried to call the number left and it was some stupid message. It doesnt sound real. Hes saying that hes with the FBI and that its really important.

Mandy I got a call from these people saying I owe $290 and I asked them to prove it to me and I asked for a fax number, then he would yell and then he gave me his fax number but he said it so fast and I asked him to repeat it and he wouldn't give it to me. He could not prove that I owed money to anybody which I don't I have never gotten a loan from the internet.  He told me I was gonna spend my birthday in jail.   These people were cussing at me and also the guy was acting like he was having an orgasm, and he was talking about his **** and *****.  This is some sick stuff!!  Be careful people!!! This is a scam, they are trying to get your bank information and your personal information.

Calls me saying they have a summons for me, asking if they should come to my work or house.I dont know what kind of scam this is, but it`s very annoying.

B.S. these people are freaks and it is wrong - just got call this morning saying i was in a lot of trouble and facing 3 felony counts for not paying st loan - which i did i called the company and they said it is a scam file a complaint with law enforcement

Jenny I received a call from "Mark Johnson" saying that I was going to be in a lot of trouble if I didn't call back. I called back and he said that I had a loan deposited in my bank account - he even named my bank! - and asked my why I didn't pay it back. I have a payday loan right now, but I am paying it on time. I told him that I was looking at my online bank statement and I never received the loan from the company he claimed to represent. He said to forget about it and he would clear it up. This was obviously a scam to trick me into giving my financial information. I feel bad for anyone who falls for this. He had enough information to sound believable, including my bank info.

warren This number 424-245-8902 has been calling my cell & work, the guy name is David he keep telling me that I have a lawsuit against me & I need to pay before I go to jail.  He will not give me any information as fas as why I have a law suit against me.  He ask for me to verify my name, address & email address I DIDN'T GIVE HIM ANY OF THIS INFORMATION I told him to send to my address.  I believe these are scammers...DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION...

YakMan I got the same call twice about one week apart. called me at work. Gave me a name i don't recognize. Told him I don't know that person. He said he would make a note. I asked him who do think you are calling, what address are you going to deliver too? He said that information was not available to him.

Debbie A Frank Martin called me at work and I told him I wasn't allowed calls at work and that if he called again I would report him to the postal inspector. (I work for the postal service). I hung up on him.  He called me again and left a threatening message on my voicemail. I just deleted it.  Later in the day he called threatening me again, and I did call my local postal inspector who gave me the heads up on this company.  He too was threatening me for information that I would not give.  Please do not give this person any information and contact your local law inforcement agencies about the threats!  Give them the person's name and number!!  It is a California call!

swtpkl Ha!  They told me that the matter would be settled once I gave them my INTERNET INFORMATION!!  I asked him if he was an American lawyer and he said he was an African lawyer and asked me if I had a problem with that.  I replied that I had a problem with a non-American lawyer badgering me over the phone threatening to have me jailed!  I reminded him of American Consumer Law and the fact that in the United States of America there is NO SUCH THING AS DEBTORS PRISON!  He refused to tell me WHAT my alleged "crime" was.  Finally, he said I owed to a cashnetusa advance company which IS true EXCEPT that they debit my account for that money if and when I use their services.  I have never defaulted.  So the African lawyer said perhaps it was a mistake and he hung up.  But he wanted my internet ISP address!!!!  BEWARE.  Once they have that.....they have EVERYTHING!!

CraigFlorida Call from this number last night. Person says they have summons for me and want to serve me that night --- will I be there? I ask who the summons is from and he gives me a name I don't recognize. This is strange because servers usually don't give you that info. I hung up.

sharon yost i got a call said if i dont pay 685.00 for payday loan i will go to court.They called my home then my work, they told me to fax a letter saying i owe this money was not my intent to get behind and i want to settle out of court. They then told me a payment plan that would work. i have to pay off all this money in 1 month, i already gave them my information and they took 100 out of my account and are supposed to take 280 on the first. I have had a payday loan befor and fell in the trap thinking maybe i hadnt payed all fees and now with interes they were telling truth. what can/should i do befor other money comes pout, what if i do owe money and i stop payment on this account?

c this guy Mark johnson called saying that I there is a lawsuit against my name and my social security number, when I dont answer the calls from the 424 number they call right back from a local number.  they are scammers please please ignore.

same thing happened to me when I called the number back told to leave message adn then states that voicemail is unable to take any more messages.

This number has called every day sometimes five or six times and hangs up after about five seconds.When I called it back i get a recording - says the extension 4242456475 says unavailable then suggests that I leave a message, then right away says the machine is full and is not accepting messages.

Marcus A. I answered but no sound on my side other then my own. And The Do Not Call list is not what it used to be. At one point no one was allowed to call those people. and then political callers were exempt from the list. I heard there were more exemptions to the DNC listing and they were able to still call resulting in "junk calling"I am not sure on the rules how they are at the moment. YOu may want to find out for your self since you are on the list. I chose not to get on the list cause many organizations which have your name and number will sell it to get more money.
