Individual claimed to be named Luna, certainly a made up name. Scammer pretending to have texted a wrong number. Typical scam where they try to befriend you then gather personal info for ID theft. This was a s****ed LA phone number but probably originating in Asia or Africa. I engaged long enough for them to go off script and it became clear that English was not their native language.
