this person claims he is from the cyber crime law firm, number comes in as unknown...he leaves a message stating if i want to take this up with the courts, and that my references will also take this up with the court if I did not call back...I received a messsage a few months ago ...I had in the past taken out payday loan..but everyone was paid back...I was taken aback at first and they debit my account..however this continue to not sit well with me and I call my bank after resear****g they reverse and the bank said it was a fraud...the same person with a indian accent...this is a scam...how could this continue after so many complaints...so****ing needs to be done.to stop this bullying..this is cyber bullying...and extortiion....its wrong....its wicked.....don't suc***b and let this get you please contact your  phone company to make a complaint,, police department, bbb, we probably need to call the police department where this number comes from....

I've received several phone calls from this number or 00000000 on my cell with the message of my impending arrest. I was told that I'd taken out a payday loan in 2009 and that it was never repayed. They will arrest me in the morning as well as my sibling and parents. They will also notify my work of my behavior. I was told that the attorney for the case was a Mr. Robinson, and that he was not available to talk to. Officer Loganwolf apparently from the Sherriffs department is the one that left the message. Mr Alex Smith is the gentleman that I talked with stating that I owed, but when I asked to see the do***entation, he simply said wait until tomorrow morning and when you get arrested they will show you the paperwork. He said the the OOCI do***ent was available on my warrant, and I could pay right now to settle out of court. When I pressed to see the do***entation, he said wait until the morning and ***g up on me. The sherrif and Alex Smith had very thick East Indian accents

this company called and told my husband he would go to jail in 1hour if he didnt pay them $500.00 and they would not let us speak with the manager or boss there. Ontop of all that they told me shut up shut up
