I could hear other people in the background who were giving their pitch, or trying to coax the person on the other end of the phone to go along with the business model they were describing. Clearly the person on the other end was losing interest and the "salesman" was trying everything he could think of to keep them on the line, or allow a call back after the weekend.

Obviously, anyone who enters any type of contest, should know what they're signing. Penguin Windows stipulates on the front of their entry form that you give them permission to contact you. Plain and simple English if you ask me. At least they're honest in their practices unlike other companies that get you to sign up for a free Bar-B-Que. If you answer the phone and talk to them, perhaps the phone calls would stop. Penguin Windows has a great thing going on!
