I happen to know Monica Wright. They are wondeeful people. Yes they do own a decorative concrete and design company. I rented my home to thrm and I have never been so thankful. Thr work they did on our hime while receiving rent credit, is all but a****ng. They increaesed the value of our hone. Hated to see them go, but thry will be a blessing to the next Landlord in line.

Monica Wright calls Realtors/Apartment locators in cities throughout the united states looking for homes with concrete floors saying she wants to rent a house.  Just so happens she owns a business that maintains these floors in Seattle, WA. She post ads on craigslist too in several cities saying she is moving there.  She will not give her address or name of the company.  She also have about 5 or more email addresses she uses too.
