Calls multiple times a day, and never speaks when you answer. Never leaves a voicemail message. I just blocked them.

Barb It was a recording telling me to stop everything I am doing to listen to a very important message. At that point I just ***g up and put that number on my blocked number list.

Caller ID stated it was from Bellevue, WA. When I answered it, it was a recording asking that I stay on the line.

I happen to know Monica Wright. They are wondeeful people. Yes they do own a decorative concrete and design company. I rented my home to thrm and I have never been so thankful. Thr work they did on our hime while receiving rent credit, is all but a****ng. They increaesed the value of our hone. Hated to see them go, but thry will be a blessing to the next Landlord in line.

Called and ***g-up as soon as I said, "Hello".

Schatzi Wow, dur, nice going. Finally got a call a***n from this number. It's Pride Recovery Services. (http://www.priderecoveryservices.com/)They are saying that I owe a balance of $27.11 to my prior landlord for cleaning costs upon move-out, however this Samantha chick is refusing to send me a statement. She says they sent one back in July. After me telling her several times that I have not seen anything with PRS on it and asking her to resend it, she stated that they are not a billing agency, they are a collection agency and she needs to know how I intend on settling this debt. I told her that until I see a statement showing that it is a valid debt, I am under no obligation to pay anything. She got snotty with me and said, "Well, then you shouldn't have done your move-out inspection!" and she ***g up on me.Real professional, PRS. Real professional.
