Some foreigner called my phone and left the same weird voicemail. I called back unsure of what they wanted, some man who called himself James told me I owed $700 to a payday loan company and that if I didn't pay today that they were coming to pick me up from work on Monday and taking me to court for not paying my bills. I asked him some key questions and he got annoyed and said shut up and ***g up on me. Then he called my employer and stated his name was ******** Harder and tried to make it sound like a french name. (He clearly ws not french.) I have filed a report with my local police and will be calling federal and state government officials. I have blocked this number because they s****ed to harrass me and I was told to put a freeze my ssn because they have all of my information. This is all been a huge pain in the ****. I wanted to warn everyone that they are a scam and don't let them harrass you or bully you into giving them your information they are con artists trying to get your hard earned money.

Gentleman called me from this number and he was also hard to understand. He wanted to know the number that I was calling from. I said the number he had called. I explained it was a work number and I would not give it out. He then stated getting mad and said that he need the number. I explained it was a work number and would not give it out. He then demanded my number but I explained a***n it was a work number and I would not give it out. I s****ed explaining to him he could not call me at work because it was a***nst the law and that I knew who he was, had is number and location and would be turning him in. He then yelled F_ _ _ You! I said excuse me and he said you heard me, F_ _ _ You. I polietly thank him and said I would be turning him in.

This is a scam! I just received the same call. The caller left a message in a low, extremely accented voice. It is illegal to threaten people over loans. Tell the scammer that you know they are a scam, know where they are located adn you are reporting them.

I had a call from a man that i could barley understand. He told me i owe a loan over 500.00 and that it went to a collection and i will be arrested wednesday dec 9,2010 i couldnt understand him so i ask him to keep repeating himself, he was getting angry at me and screamed in the phone to shut up, this man made me cry...he kept pushing the numbers on the phone so he wouldnt let me speak then he ***g up, so i called the number back and the man said what can i do for you i said im the lady you ***g up on and he told me he wasnt speaking to me cuz i had an at***ude, well im sorry but i would like to speak with a supervisior and he said he was one so i asked him whats the name of the loan that i had recieved and he said Cash Net Advance, i have no idea what this man was talking about he yelled at me a***n, he said his name is Jimmy....
