Anonymous Number was used in a scam

Caller stated they were with Microsoft, SPAMMER!!!, stated we had a trojan virus, no virus found, then a different fellow called from the same number, stating they were with our bank and to secure the acount had to go buy gift cards and wanted the number. SPAMMER!!!

Strange that number has no info about it. I received a text asking," I'm not sure if I have the right information here... is this R?" I am not "R". Likely telemarketer or PI
