Anonymous Received a recorded call reporting to be from Amazon needing approval for $900 charge to my account. And I don't even have a Amazon account. Total scam

Travel company claiming I won

Citizen Bellevue phone number i did not recognize. I did not answer. Then, they texted me in Spanish. My Spanish is pretty rusty and google translate translated the message as " Hello standard excuse me for the catalog I forgot to leave it out and the avon to the avon will charge you in the ojas folded perd on" I do not know what this catalog is about or what they will be charging me.
