This is the collection agency AT&T Mobility uses for their former accounts.

Collection agency that uses a computerized system to identify a human voice then the agents are brutal in their aggressive natures to collect supposed debt. Which in my case is an outrageously inaccurate amount.

If you call (800) 477-5451 they will remove you from their list. It is an 'old collections' phone call. The operator is a *****, so be prepared.

Every time I try and call them back, they are closed. They also say to call back during business hours. I didn't realize that 2 pm is not normal business hours.

I just got my new phone recently, and this number has been calling me multiple times per day. One time left me a voice mail looking for some guy named "Greg" to collect debt. Apparently a lot of people are bothered by the same number / company for quite a while, someone seriously should have done so****ing about it a long time ago.

I recieve a call from this number as well. It said my name on the recorder. I pressed 1. Now im on hold waiting for someone to come to the phone. Then the **** phone ****s up. I called back and recieve a message that the mailboxes are full. Who the***** are these people? I think we all should take a stand, record the conversation when they call and go after them.

Female recorded voice with phoney British accent saying they need to talk to "Jenny" somebody and that it's really important. Voice says to press '1' to put the call on hold while I get her, or click so****ing else to say I'm not her. First call was last nite, 2nd one this afternoon. I'm just letting the call run out or simply disconnecting as I know giving them any access is trouble for me.. I didn't realize these idiots could get cell phone numbers and this phone has no 'block' capability.

The man said his name was Tom and he was trying to reach my husband about a debt from 1986 for 19,000.00 but they would settle for 10,000. When I ask for more information all he could give me was the last 4 number of my husband SS. We do not have any outstanding debt, but it makes you wounder how they get the last 4 number of your SS. I do plan on contacting someone about this.

This person is leaving a message. The person they are saying is not me. I want them to stop calling me. I'm on the do not calling list.

These people call multiple numbers and multiple times per day. They never leave a message but continue to call over and over. If they are calling for a valid reason they would leave a message.

"This call is for _____ _____ if this is not you please **** up now" I always disconnect at that point but they keep right on calling.

These people call me by name, but I do not owe a debt.. AT ALL! EVER! I have contacted my state's consumer complaints agency, and they are aware of these people & their tactics. I have had all the same experiences others have noted: no answer, they **** up, no follow up number, call at all times of the day/night & on weekends. IT'S A***NST THE LAW!! BUT... let me just tell the person who thinks because they are on the National Do Not Call Registry that they won't get calls. It is NOT a***nst the law for an agency to try to collect a debt. Period. BUT! There are limits as to times, how many calls, etc. You need to file a complaint with your state's consumer complaints division of the Attorney General's office. In some instances, like mine... where I do not owe the debt, have told them such, etc., ... you can actually collect damages. And should. Good luck.

This number called my phone today looking for my exboyfriend. My guess is that it's a debt collection agency. It wasnt an actual person but a recording that gave me the option to say it was the wrong #. Btw guys, it's only harrassment if they are calling you multiple times a day or continuing to call after you tell them not to. I work at a collection agency so I have to abide by the FDCPA. If they are hateful and harrassing you can have them sued, that ought to make them stop! If it is a collection agency then they dont JUST collect for the Washington Mutual, so if they are calling for you its probably a bill you owe that's on your credit. Call back/answer and either see what it's for or tell them to never contact you a***n in any manner.

i**** the call and they wanted me to pay them for a past bill. when they asked me if i could i told them not at the moment being as im going to school to get my cdl. she then became very rude and wanted to know how i support myself. i told her it was none of her buisines and she became mean and rude. she also rattled of my SSN. i told her it was not her place to tell me how i should run my finances or life. yet a***n she said that she can and she will. this company is a bunch of A holes. thats not how you try to get money out of people. she wouldnt even let me explain that in 3 weeks i would be getting a paycheck when i was done with school. i hope others read this.

I have gotten a call 11 or 12 out of the past 14 days between 10:30am & 2:pm from some company called either er solutions or pr solutions(hard to heard it). It is a recording only(no real person to tell that I'm not who they're looking for). They've asked for 3 different people, none of which I've ever heard of and when i called the number back i got a recording saying they're closed on weekends, then just dead air, but they seem to have no problem calling me today and last weekend. They're wasting up my daytime minutes(cell) and annoying the***** outta me. Also i get the feeling that if it wasn't for the Thanksgiving holiday, i would've been called 13 or 14 out of the last 14 days. Also when i try ignoring the call, they leave an automated voicemail, so I have no choice but to use up my daytime minutes to at least delete the voicemail, or my cell goes dead vi***ting to remind me of the voicemail.

I answered the first time they called, told them my finances were horrible-but that I could give them a ball park of what I could pay. I offered $10 a month to s****, but said it most likely be more. Guy refused small payment, I told him to (have a nice day ;)) and ***g up on him.....he was so rude and mean I think I'd rather wait for this bill to go the next collection agency with more fees than deal with these A**holes!!!!
