It is capitol one.  They call me s****ing at 8:00 in the morning with 10 different phone #'s. Actually is NCO which is capitol one. These  people are obnoxious.  I never seen a collection agent harass you so hard.  You can talk to them ova and ova and they still will harass you.  I don't answer them anymore.

NCO FINANCIAL SERVICES. I MUST CALL THIS NUMBER AT ONCE. THEY CALL EVERYDAY, USUALLY TWICE. I HAVE NO IDEA WHO THEY ARE SO I AM NOT RETURNING THEIR CALL

I am on the no call list,yet some how they have my # and keep calling.

Christmas eve, they have called every 15 minutes since 8:15 this morning.I feel like answering and saying this is Santa Claus, Merry Christmas, then **** up. I bet they call tomorrow also.

This collection agency is calling anyone and everything they have figured out I may know. I do not know how they have obtained these individuals phone numbers, but there has to be a law protecting people from harrassment who are not a party to any type of debt owed. This company needs limitations and if there are any already in place by law...the law needs to be enforcing the limitations.

They have been calling me non stop from numerous numbers and leaving no messages and when I do call back I get a recording. I think it is Capitol One but I looked up another number on here that I got from them and the number was based out of Washington and labeled as NCO as well.

left no message.  STill calling even after they have notification that we filed bankruptcy

Called left no message.  They are a nasty collection agency.  We are now protected by bankruptcy which we filed 3/30/09. They continue to call as of today 4-16-09.
