Pretends to be Best Buy to lure you to a fake prize. They say "Your entry won" when you made no entry.

SPAM text me saying I won best buy gift card

I CONSTANTLY call them back and hopefully I'm driving them crazy;) Sprint never got over the fact that I switched carriers. I filed a claim with the FTC. These people are rude. My bill has always been paid on time, and in full, I'm not sure how I got on their harassment list?
