Anonymous It seems apparent this number called me via a robo-dialing system since there was a significant delay before the caller responded to my greeting. When she finally connected (began speaking, finally), she said, "This is a recorded line. Am I speaking to (my name)?" Since I have been inundated with tele-marking calls the last 6 or 8-months, I presume this may also have been someone calling me about selling or buying my property. As policy, I do not respond to recorded calls when I have not been given the opportunity to accept or decline being recorded -- it is offensive to me. I am on the national 'do not call list,' so it also seems this number does not respect that.
