I have talked to them before and that they were willing to work with me,, It was a bill that was outstanding that I did do!!! so just pay the bill

I received a call at my work from a person named CRYSTAL on my message I hear is CRYSTALcall me back sounds sooooooo rude. I did call back

maybe some people should spend more time paying their bills than whining and complaining

I recieved a call at my work from a person named CRYSTAL. When I called the number back to see what they wanted she was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and ***g up on me! When I called back and asked for a supervisor I got NANCY and she was even mor unprofessional! NANCY told me to relax and just pay what I owe them. I have worked in collections and have never experienced such a RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL company!!!! NANCY threatened me that if I did not pay TODAY IN FULL that I would be garneshed as of TOMORROW! Yeah right!

well I received a phone call from a very unprofessional lady who said her name was crystal she****umed I was the person she was calling for very rudly demanded I tell her who I was then stated I owed money herrased me then just ***g up the phone...when I called back to see who was calling me and what the call was about ***dy picked up the phone ..I called back a***n to speak with a so called  SUPERVISOR   NANCY EDDIE who was just as rude and unproffesional as CRYSTAL the original caller ....IF this is an legit collection agency they need to be shut down for many FDCPA violations

I also got this call at my place of work. The secretary asked what it was regarding and she said it was a personal call. She left the name Crystal. Glad I searched the number and didn't waste my time with her.

A lady named Crystal called today and would not say what the company was and would not state the purpose of the call.  It was received at work and was for the book keeper.  Don't like it when folks won't divulge what a call is regarding.
