Vanesa I couldn't figure out a way to stop the caller at this phone number initially but then I recognized the same "consumer services" message and searched for the prior number that was calling me, success! I called 866-246-7196 and gave the caller's and receiving phone numbers. Within a couple of days, the calls stopped so I want to share this to others because these calls are so annoying.

This person called me like 2-3 times. Then i texted this person"who is this" and the person replied "who are you" then I said who i was then that person never replied back.

Had an unknown caller just call me, like to figure out who called me.
