Anonymous If anyone calls and says they are from a financial ins***ution and that they are concerned about some malicious or su****ious activities on your account, DO NOT GIVE OUT VITAL INFO, especially your SS#, or any id. In fact, ask for their name, record it, then tell them you are not able to talk with them at this time and get a number. Return the call ONLY by using the OFFICIAL financial ins***ution number given on the back of your card or as outlined as the official contact number. Ask if they have such an employee to verify the legitimacy of the caller. I am computer saavy and yet I missed steps because I am exhausted and have not had a vacation for a few years.
