Claimed there was a package that was undeliverable but that I could update the shipping info online, first red flag as it directed me to a not postal website that was designed to look similar. Then it asked for my credit card information to pay a”$3fee” 2nd and final red flag for me

Just asked "Hi, is Jeffrey there?" I answered "No." "There's no message, we'll try back a***n." Sounded like an automated message.
