I have had all of these calls, the elderly-sounding lady, the fellow who does not speak English very well "Ghetto" and a guy who identifies hims elf asAaromn form Mikle Golde's office, or Mark Harmon/Hanse's office.He was argumentative and asks for the owner by name-who is NOT interested.  A real punk too, Googled "I.P.A" and they are all over the ripoff report and scam artist lists.
