I received text from this number 440-658-7208 I received emails from this [email protected]

Got a text: “Hi good morning how are you Today?” It was received at 3:53 p.m., and, to my knowledge, I don’t know anyone from Bedford, OH. Also received a cartoon picture of a dog, and an additional picture my outdated phone couldn’t open (it says “! picture drawing not allowed” if I try to open it) BeenVerified found NO info, saying it could be a randomly generated number from a scammer.
