Pretending to be someone else

A text saying to text me and I texted asking who is this and got text saying I called that number which I did not

Wyatt Smith This person is scamming people through craigs list via a phony paypal account. He stole one thousand dollars from me though western union. He claims to be disabled and can't get to a western union to pay for shipping so he credits a phony account with the money, saying that we need to verify it in order to get the money to clear, then he adds an insurance charge also to the shipping company. He was a pain in the**** and I hope he rots in prison.
