phone service said "scam likely" no message was left. I deleted call record and reported junk to phone company. I blocked future calls from this number

I’m trying to find out if it is a scammer. I suspect that it is.

Said my number has been frozen lol. Obviously spam.

Left a message that my ss# would be suspended if I didn't call them back.

I've received several threatening phone calls from this # saying if I don't get back to them to resolve this "issue" a warrant will be issued & I'll be out in jail! I have no idea what they mean! When I called #, it was answered by someone with an accent identifying themselves as "Officer Sean"

they said if i didn't give them my ssn , i would be thrown in jail
