443-492-2802 called May 23rd in the afternoon. Went to voicemail but no message left. I do have UHC but am on their do not call list. There is nothing UHC can call about that an email wouldn't be able to address. So this is pure spam/harassment. Number blocked. But whoever's is behind these calls will just call from another number.
I answered the phone call but did not say a word. The caller said nothing and eventually hung up. Blocked number.
They call often. I have their number blocked.
Caller left a message saying they're from United Health Care and it was important I called them back. I looked up both phone numbers and neither is United health care, which I already have by the way! I get these calls constantly and I am fed up with it! Blocked again!
Seems to be calling on "behalf of United Healthcare". Never got these calls 'til my Medicare advantage plan switched from BC/BS to United. Some marketing affiliate or scammer calling twice a week - finally blocked the number after 2 months.
Calling to confirm future in home visit.
UNTEDHEALTHCARE , is one letter that missing in the name
They call every day.

We called United Health and they do call their subscribers. We had our name taken off their call list.

They need to stop bothering people.
They called my FAX line. Clearly, the caller does not know me. I do not answer calls on the dedicated FAX line!
Person wanted to schedule a home visit for my annual check up. I hung up
My phone shows Account Services.. and when I look the # up....it states the owner is Global Communication. That is a service I had years ago, where you can have an 800#, but several years ago, I was told mine and all 800#'s were going to be used for businesses ONLY, so I couldn't have that # hocked up with my house # .
I listened to one voicemail referencing Optum HealthCare. Not interested. Blocked the number, and they continue to call, but cannot leave annoying voicemail messages now. AARP no help until I threatened to cancel my insurance. Suddenly the calls stopped!
Wanted to come out to see me about insurance, said received a card I mailed to them, but I only wanted info not sign up. He didn't listen he had one thing on his mind, a bonus (money) when he sells the policy for Health inurance. If I get another call from United Health Care I am cancelling my AARP.

walker wouldn't say anything so I looked it up. I see others have left comments on other site that says they are from United Health Care. I'm calling my agent to fix this.
Jim H Indian accent saying I needed an in home health check to continue my insurance. When asked to mail me info they asked for my address. They should know that if I'm really their customer. Scam!
Susan Voice mail said urgent. I called back again to let them know I wasn’t interested in a home visit. I was disconnected. I had asked them to refrain from calling and it has continued.
This is a United HealthCare Home House Calls Program auto-dial # that leaves a message to call back to a number that it leaves to make an appointment for them to pester you to make let them come to your home to do a Home Visit Health Checkup, free of charge. I have told them that I'm not interested and I do not want them to do a "House Call" visit, but they KEEP CALLING! It seems that they don't want to take NO for an answer, but that is all they will get from me, even though they are my healthcare provider, they are not entitled to spam me!
White Bull Spam!
candy They did not leave a name but made it sound urgent that I call them back
Jayj It's a service from insurance company. However, I'm not interested plus don't want to discuss it. I see my Dr regularly every three months based on annual exam labs. I don't want to see other specialist
Michael Murphy Supposedly from United health care, sounds like he is from Mumbai...something about home visits, long way to come for that...right
Kat If they would call from the number listed on the member card then I might listen, but they call my landline and cell from so many different numbers that I am very skeptical. I received a mailing regarding this and opted out and don't want anyone entering my home under the pretext of "home visits".
Laurie They also text with a lot of numbers DON'T open it DELETE it
Kate This is a call from United HealthCare. They have a programs called "home visits" or something like that where they send a health professional to your home. I don't know what all it is that they actually offer to help with, but I don't think it's much.

Left voice mail stating from United Health care but left another number to return call.
United Healthcare Medicare Advantage operates this program, and it is called "Housecalls". I and my wife are an enrollee in this program, and find it to be a sound program. We invited them into our house. They sent a Physician's Assistant, who is directly employed by them, to our house. First, they explained that any information that they obtained would be shared with our primary care physician. They further suggested that their "Housecalls" program sometimes discovers medical conditions not found by the PCP. I'll accept that. They also did a short "memory test" in the form of a Q & A, and took a urine sample. My big concern is this: After they did their clinical routine, they then did their HIPAA patient information disclosure on an electronic tablet, for which they asked for a sign-off and provided no copy to you of what you were signing off. I have a BIG PROBLEM with this for 2 reasons: 1) they asked for the HIPAA disclosure AFTER their clinical routine (this should be revealed before anything is done, just as is the case in the physician office; 2) it was an incomplete disclosure in that it was explained in their statement (for which I was not provided a copy) that this information would be shared with your primary care physician. It did not state that the information would ONLY be shared with the PCP, and when I brought this question up to their organization, I was told that their lawyers were not going to change the wording. THIS IS WRONG because what they failed to inform you about that this open disclosure could mean that ALL OF THE OTHER PARTIES WITHIN UNITED HEALTHCARE would have access to this information. It was clearly not the same disclosure standard with which I am familiar in the physician office setting. I believe that UHC is being deceitful in its disclosure by being silent on this (that other unstated parties may have access to this information). Incidently, I have also heard that United Healthcare will utilize this health status information in order to extract even more money from the federal government (a so-called morbidity adjustment), which is a losing proposition for we the United States taxpayers. So because a physician's assistant asks you to sign a disclosure, I would not sign it because I believe it to be incomplete. I would further suggest that the information that United Healthcare is collecting can and will be used to their advantage. United Healthcare's information disclosure in these “Housecalls” needs to be held to the same standard as other healthcare providers.
Sandra It's a legitimate call from AARP United Healthcare for benefit information to arrange a house call as provided by the insurance plan coverage. NOT a scam!
Tom United Healthcare has contracted out these 'house calls', per ACA (Obamacare) requirements. It is a scam, just like the law itself. They don't leave a message and you can't 'opt-out'. I recommend adding the number (443-492-28xx) to your call reject list.
Bud We received a call on our office line from that number at about 4 PM today. When I answered the call no one responded. The caller ID said "Housecalls," so I assumed it was from some kind of business which has to do with help for senior citizens in order to keep them in their homes. But maybe not.
mike clark They keep calling my cell phone, don't leave a message
Steve United Health Care regarding Home Visits. They just won't give up. I already told them not to call.
Gretchen LK called cell phone ... didn't leave any message!
Lynn United Health - I requested they stop calling me 2 months ago, it let up for a while but this week, they are back to calling daily.
Terry They call constantly. I filed a complaint with United Health and they said it takes 72 hours to do through. Their id is "house calls". They want to set up house visits. I told them repeatedly that we do not need them and one person was really rude and was upset that we did not want them. I just open the phone and close it now to stop the ringing. My block incoming storage is full
United health care wants to tell you about a health plan. It is important you call them. Phone message they left.
Woman begins to speak then hangs up.
