This person sent an anonymous text to intimidate and harass my wife while wat****g her in a public place at National Harbor in Maryland on 7/25/2020. Would not identify themself when asked to do so.

Peter This number belongs to a scam artist that made a fake dating profile on OkCupid. They will lure you into a compromising situation and threaten to spread personal information on Facebook unless you pay them money. If this person contacts you and provides this number, report it to the FBI Cyber Crime complaint page.
