This call claimed th be from the social security collection agency.legal action dept. ss does not call by phone

I received this call number while busy and couldn't answer it. The caller I.D. listed this number Home Depot from Plano Texas. I googled that Home Depot and it had 2 different numbers and not even close to the correct area code or even the correct city, it actually is labelled as Richardson Texas. I blocked that number from my iPhone.
