This is a scam.  They have been reported multiple times.  I do not understand why they can not locate these people from cell tower activity.  It is a cell phone, they may also call you from 469-582-0388.  They also use a 769 area code phone number.  They have contacted me several times on my cell and work numbers threatening to have me arrested.  I have gotten so aggrevated by it that I just call them over and over and yell and **** up.  It is a great way to get back at them.  Make sure you protect your accounts, they may have obtained access to some of your information.  One of the ways they are getting information is through payday loans online.  You should contact your bank and have a security code****igned to your account.

Called me as well and sounds like the other 100 that have called and his name is Gary Cooper (funny)  same scam same people just buying up numbers thanks.

I keep recieved phone calls on my cell and work from 469-582-0389. They have an indian accent and he says his name is Steve Wilson.  He states he is an attorney... and tells me to provide my attorney's information without out explaining anything to me.  It sounds very noisey in the background like it is a call center of some sort and it seems the number is located in TX.

They called me this morning and said that they were from the financial law division of Frisco County Texas and that a relative of mine and myself had committed Financial Fraud (left the message on my voicemail).  I called back and asked who they were and I had no financial dealings with this relative.  They also said it was for a payday loan.  They had heavy accents and used the name Sharon Smith.  Once I persisted on finding out more information about them and who they were and also let them know it is a***nst the law to threaten people over bill collecting she stopped talking.  She said I was a personal reference only for the releative.  Once I spoke to my relative he said he has never heard of them and does not have any loans.  Sounds like fraud to me.  Maybe this is a good reason for big companies to "NOT" be sending out business with private information to other countries.  Watch Out!
