Someone texting constantly about "health rate" and "medical rates"

Says in Malaysia

This number was post as a contact on CDLlife new user profile. These new user profiles are usually people who aren't who they say they are, catfish. They show up, engage in dialog, then ask for money. Beware.

I need to find out what's going on.

It is a Google number, when I called, but the number has whats app account linked to that number?

Mostly text but sometimes gives the victim long enough to answer the phone and then puts it on mute.

John Doe Caller id says it either from Dallas or unavailable. They never leave a message. Called back an Ashley answered and said thank you for calling the office. Provide no company name. Sounded like a mexican. Has to be some kind of a scam.
