scammer this person is a scammer cheats women out of money

Anonymous Caller calls, and when my outgoing message is finished and the beep is heard, they never leave a message. It just goes to a dial tone for a long time. Then I have to delete it from my messages. It's a tremendous nuisance!!! It occurs with some frequency.

Classified ad for furniture. Willing to pay full amount with certified cashier check but argued that it only takes 2 days to clear (My bank, yes but 14 days to clear his) Insists he is right. Wants to make pickup in 2 days.

How can u find out who the phone really belongs 2? Person I've been n contact with says his name is Frances (Frank) Wesley Mullen. According 2 y'all' s information possible owner Christine. He's says he's oversea with the US ARMY CORPS of ENGINEERS. I can't find anything on him.
