Jeremy Stines I was trying to get my printer attached to my computer and going through the Brother app, when this # called me, they identified as the support desk. when the problem was identified they logged into my system and shared my screen, then told me it would be 99$ to fix, I knew the guy on the phone had disabled the printer driver, and I saw it. I then disconnected and realized the guy had lied and the company on the screen said Logmeinrescue
