Total scam! Supposedly “litagation company” Left a message saying because I didn’t call back they were filing criminal intent. You don’t threaten people over the phone if it’s a real lawsuit.

They said the sheriff was on their way to arrest me if I did not pay then 3300.00 in 30 minutes.

This is an AWFUL group of people. I got MANY calls from this company saying they were going to move a head with suing me for $3000 for a money lion account I do not have. You ask them for do***entation and they **** up. major scammers!

Received a very general voice message stating "This is investigations. I'm just giving you a call to inform you that we will be moving forward with these charges a***nst you. We do have the evidence to move forward. Unfortunately you have failed to respond in a timely manner, therefore this will be considered criminal negligence on your part and charges will be filed at this time. The number here is 470**** 9946."

I got a very threatening call trying to get $1674 out of me for Juniper credit card that I never had. They gave me a docket number and were so mean saying "Good luck in court". I looked up the docket number, called Dallas County and found out they are huge scam. There has never been anything like it on my credit report. I called back and told them that I just turned them in and I wish them good luck in court ang ***g up. He called me back and said "You just messed with the wrong person. You just *****ed up. There is a legit case a***nst, and I am going to give you a number to call. Then he gave me four numbers and ***g up. No answer when I called back. They are thieves and intimidating. NEVER GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!

Received call posing as Mediator for a payday loan of $4,700-siad he was going to garnish my wages if I didn't pay 50% today-I am unemployed. BEWARE of a caller named Mr. Worthington
