Richard said he was helping sell my house. He requested a wire to a guy he said was a real estate broker in the amount of $5,000. The guy he said was a real estate broker did not have a real estate license. Also, I found out that Lightstream loans does not offer mortgage loans.

This was a scam my bank found !

Used by a person named Richard Wakefield a fake saying buyer for timeshare thru lightstreamloans of which is a loan company owned by Truist Bank but has no one working there with that name. They wanted a fee paid through Zelle from my bank. All paperwork very professional with Lightstream heading ! Beware!
