Fast Cash that I never even applied for.

Claimed that I owe 1500 for an unpaid payday loan that I never took out. Threatened that they would escalate to the county office and wage garnishment would begin.

They had my last four of my social and I need to reply with in 24 hrs or this will escalate

They left a case number 210489, and if I don't call they will escalate to the authorities.

My name, last 4 of social and birthday. Said I needed to get in contact ASAP or my "case" would get escalated.

I paid these people by mistake so I got scammed they said they would send a warrant for my arrest keep calling my home number and my cell and are a nuisance said they will sue me too

Every time I call they already know who I am and even gave me the last four of my ssn. They told me that I needed to give my****et and employment information or else I would be sued. I asked who hired them and they said they couldn't give me that information. I explained any further communication concerning a debt needed to be done through the USPS and they said fine we'll just sue you.

Said a civil complaint had been filed I must respond with income information. If I don't respond it will be sent to a jurisdiction!

They are calling looking for someone who used to have this phone number I’ve had this phone number for six years now I’ve told them numerous times to stop calling this number and they still keep calling looking for her

They had litigation they were pursuing a***nst us. Said we needed our lawyer for this Bill.

Called looking for someone who has never lived at this number they called. Have blocked them on my phone also. Only left message. Don't know number.

I received a call claiming I owed $4,700 for a payday loan that was paid off several years ago. BEWARE

We contacted our attorney after this call. He advised likely is a scan call. The caller identified us by social and claimed to either collect on a debt (we never had) or to send out uniform official with warrant for arrest. The amount was $2700 Not likely to be arrested over that amount!

I believe this is a scam. I have not taken a loan out from City Loan or City Cash. And I don't have checks. They said this will go to mediation for check fraud.
