yep, cant believe i fell for this s***bags scam. saddly i even dragged my son into it. between us over 2 grand. Also told me his name was ben. the venmo name was to his "wife" Lisa Grimes. @lisa-grimes-47. if anyone ever finds a real name and address for either of these goat smelling nose pickers.. please let me know. I hope if nothing else Karma chews them up and spits them out

Scammed out of $500 for used carport listed on Craigslist

SCAMMED!!! Selling a carport on Craigslist. He seemed very knowledgeable. Don't fall for it. I do not see how he keeps getting away with it. How can someone have a phone number with no name, address or anything****ociated with it? I just wasted more money trying to find out his true iden***y to warn others and turn him in.

Looks like we just got scammed. advertised a carport on craigslist. asked for down payment of $500 thru money pac. ******ly, we bought and gave him the card number. Set a date and time to deliver, but he never showed and would not reply to texts or calls. Beware! Do not deal with him. He gave his name as Dan Locke and his ***her's as Paul, and his location as Sevier County Tennessee.

I agree 100% I think we just got ripped off by yet, another scam!!! (BEEN VERIFIED) They didn't provide anymore information than the scammer. He did tell me his name is Ben, he's a horrible rip off man...I thought we could trust Craig's list a little more to at least give information on where to go to get our money back. Buyer BEWARE He explained in great detail to me, how he had "elderly" customers in BlueRidge Georgia, that he had to walk through the process daily! He's a thieving horrible s*** bag that is taking money and stealing addresses! He should be arrested and the rest of us should be smarter and more careful.

He said his nam was Ben he said he was a repo man and a truck driver. he was selling a carport on craglist and other things .he said he had 5 kids. he said he was not a scammer .he said he had to have money sent to him from a moneymaker card .he got my address and said he would deliver the carport I gave him$1000 total for the carport 700 for the carport . Plus$150 to deliver the carport and $150 to put it together. he also sold me 2 chicken coops for $800 both deliver and setup for $800 he said . A total of $1800 for all . I sent him his money Tuesday September 7 2021 at 11:28 am And he said he would deliver everything to my house and put it together Thursday September 9th 2021 at 2pm he never arrived . Every time I call him or text him he has another reason he can not deliver the things I payed for this is now sep.18th and I do not have my stuff and I text him today and he won’t even let me go pick it up he has my address to deliver but he won’t give me address to go pick it up and I have ask him 3 time over the last week . I told him I would have someone come pick it up at his place of business if he would like but even though he said he had a repo business and he had a crew working for him I don’t believe he anymore. He won’t give me a refund. He won’t let me pick my things up. He won’t deliver my things. It is a big scam and I lost $1800 to a scammer his number is 470-757 2341 from crag list. I was hoping to find a real name for this person on number guru or a address so I could contact craig list and tell them they have a scammer on there site and contact the police department to warn people about him
