James This number called to tell me they needed a signature for mail due to a complaint, mail that is not in this state, and in amidst the call, being transferred/hold for no reason. I do not have any withstanding judgements against me and will not cause any problems to anyone, let alone, cause someone to make a complaint. Be aware of this number, and if I were you, block it before they call you.

Whoever is involved with this # is involved in a scamming scheme. someone has $700 of my hard earned money.

This number could be a scam number but then a prank number. I believe it's a prank call especially when no one says a word rather giving a silent breathe over the phone is weird.
