I received a text from this number. But when I looked it up, says it doesn’t belong to anyone. Doubled checked the number and tells me the same thing. It’s creepy cause they had my full name.

Claims to be AT&T with link to rewards.

Said bill was paid to someone i don't know

ROBO call. SPAM called. ***g up. No message.

Amy The caller id said C3 Systems. They said AT&T at first but then the second time just asked for the person in charge of the phone bill.
