They called and still call on my fax line , which announces that it IS a fax line and there is MO voicemail. They keep calling. Finally I blocked the number

I just got a call from this number. The person was trying to get information and said that he would collect information to pass it to colleges and universities. I told him that I had a degree, that I had finished school, and he insisted twice on " when did you get your GED" It seemed more like a racist joke. Then the call was connected to other line. I ***ged up.
