Acting as technician for decalling. Cars etc for advertising. Took money and will not refund money when ck bounced from supposed Matthew Paul from phone number 478-449-2989. Working together and tries to get extra money from people by saying they need expense money in gift cards. Tried to get regular prepaid card so can be easily traced.

Found this number on my other line wanting to make sure who it is before I call back
