Does not leave a message but keeps calling. Don't know if it's a telemarketer or a prank caller. Possible spammer?

These people are annoying. They have call at 5:43p.m., 5:58p.m. they are calling every few minutes.  I do not answer the phone.  The caller ID:United DirectM.

I got a call from this number.  There was no message left.
