He’s been calling me saying he’s from Yelp and if I update my Credit Card he can help with my Yelp and get me tons of business. There’s a fake recording that plays saying “This call is being recorded” but it sounds sketchy. I blocked the number after he called me 3 times in a week.

Then, provides 716-571-0003 as a call back number. I do not have student loans, nor have I ever applied for any student loan forgiveness program.

But they never leave a message, and most colleges I've heard from always leave a message. I have yet to pick up because I have major anxiety about talking to people on phones.

Larry Caller is a solicitor for donations to charities. Often very rude and refuses to accept requests to remove our number from call list. Calls several times per day. Just plain harassment.
