I had kidney stones and went to the Casa Grande hospital. They took 6 cat scans in a 24 hour period. They than released me and I passed the stone at home. They than sent me a bill for $37,000. Are they INSANE. These incompetent crooks have the nerve to send this bill to these idiots at CSB. I wouldn't pay these crooks a plugged nickel. I've blocked their calls and I will not lose 1 second of sleep over these crooks. I s****ed a malpractice suit a***nst them. Let's see them justify 6 cat scans.

This is a collections agency.  Have to call them back to find out what the debt is for.  Can also reach them at 1-866-768-0804 or www.csbpayweb.com, CSB stands for Collection Service Bureau.

I keep getting calls from this number...THe web site given in the message can not be contacted.  Please help.
