It's a collection agency for rural metro trying to get me to pay a bill for a call to my ex husbands house claiming I'm responsible for the bill even though I don't live there and didn't live there at the time he made the call and they are very rude

This number has been calling 2 to 3 times a day...they dont leave a message. When I call back a recording comes on..."all circuits are busy." They are calling my cell phone by the way. NOT HAPPY! :(
