This guy is a total scammer, he claims to represent The Global Economic Fund and that you may qualify for a US Govt grant. He, or one of his accomplices stole the iden***y of an old personal friend and I fell for it; fleeced me out of a lot of money. Don't fall for it. Goes by the name of David Parker
