Carl Nye All previous comments are accurate. I pressed "5" per instructions to be removed. Hah! Now they know I listened to their message. So I pressed "1" to reach a live person. As soon as I said, "I'm a renter, I cannot speak for the landlord, please remove my number from your call list", they ***g up on me. I tried to call back on the number 480-559-2841 and got a recording that said that number is "unreachable". What does that mean???? As a Century-Link customer I will next exercise "call rejection" using *78. You may be able to do the same.
