This would be from a call center in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.  INV Infolutions Ltd.  Owners names are Hardik Parmar and Istiak Kazi.  Cell numbers are + 91 989 828 7337 and +91 997 410 0880.  Please feel free to give these scammers a call and let them know what you think of them.

I got the same call, foreign guy who couldn't*****ounce my name. said my name and all my personal information was used in criminal activity and that i owed over 8000.00 for a loan from 1800 cash advance. LOL, knew it was fake immediately cause he offered to settle my debt for 252.00, what bank in their right mind would take 200 to settle a 8000 dollar loan which i never applied for or received.

Keeps calling me and my employer had even told them don't work their anymore insists on talking to owner and called for an hour every 5 seconcds.  uses different name everytime they call but same heavy accent.

I received a call from this number today.  An individual with a thick indian accent left a voicemail stating he was an officer from the law and investigation department and I owed 200.00 form a pay day loan I had taken out and did not pay back. I haev done this but have always paid them off.  Anyway, after speaking to 3 different individuals (they all sounded the same) they said they would email me an invoice becasue I told them I did not believe I owed the debt and needed proof and did not feel comfortable giving them my credit card info over the phone.  They said they were based out of NYC.  When I reverse looked up the number it is out of Pheonix, AZ. Also the address on the invoice was from Pittsburg, PA.  I emailed them back asking for info on where I got the loan, when and why the cash advance USA that I called locally (the only one I have ever used) said they did not have me in their system.  Also the email addrss from a "legal" department was [email protected] free domain.  Right after I emailed them they called back and became very aggressive and yelling stating I would be thinking differently when they send me legal do***ents and meet me at the court house.  This is scary and terrible that this goes on.  I don't even know how to report this.

I got a call from this number 240-329-2092, was a guy with a really strong accent saying that He was from a Financial Crime Investigation department, that I have to make a payment today otherwise I would be persu. I belive from all the I read on the internet that it's all a fraud. Can someone help me??

today is april 30th and this number has called me 10 times today and has left 4 messages demanding that they are from a legal department/he has a very thick foreign accent and says he is calling from pennsylvania.  i finally blocked the number...this is ridiculous

I just got a call from them on my cell phone from a "Calvin Jackson" who was obviously reading from a paper and was stumbling over words - I'm in Michigan and he said "Missoroui, oh oh oh, no it's Michigan"... idiot! Funny part is they're calling for my fiance' on my phone and my fiance' has NEVER had a payday loan - I have had payday loans in the past but never him.  So it's very weird... I just ignore them and they go away.  Eventually I'll just c****e my phone # if they don't stop because they call for a month then stop for a month - it's so weird.

Man's name Robert Miller and told me to call 646-520-0835 before they take legal action.  So I called and they said there was no Robert Miller but a Roger Johnson would help me.  Both of these names are fake because they have heavy accents and you can hear other people and phones ringing in the back ground.  He said he was from American Legal Processing Divison in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania.  He would not give me a street address.  He said I owed $200 and that I need to send him a fax authorization letter with my credit/debit card info and signature.  I told him no and that this was a scam.  He said that he would send me a receipt.  He gave me fax number 646-861-5983.  I asked him who the collection office was and he said Upside Collection.  He said the money would be routed to his office.  He gave me an email address of [email protected].  We need to be so careful.  I have reported this to our Federal Trade Commission as well.

Received a call 12:35pm in Washington DC at my place of employment. Hi, this is office rodger smith calling from legal-click. This idiot s****ed to leave a message but stopped talking and ***g up.  Do not take these people seriously.  They call people trying to get you all upset.  They are nothing but scammers.  Too bad--if they put as much energy in trying to get a legitimate job or create a legitimate job, they could possibly be successful.   Called back twice, will not waste my time to answer. Do not take this person seriously.  I did not even answer the telephone and googled the number, while the phone was ringing.  Thank God for people like you who post and expose these people, for who they are.

I received a call april 27 th from that number and the guy took his time looking up my number and also said he was a law enforcement and he was coming to serve me with papers of a case. I reported this number ASAP to my law firm/debt agency and they called the number and said those people wouldn't speak to them and ***g up. These people need to have case filed a***nst them! When I asked the fool what company he is calling from he just tried to over talk me by asking me where I was going to be at by Friday. This is getting out of hand! I received a VERY threatening call from this number on my cell phone. I was under investigation, I was being charged with fraud, there was a lawsuit a***nst me, they were investigating my SS number etc. It was not just an annoying call it was THREATENING.  I really feel sorry for w***ver believes this stuff. There should be a way to prosecute these people.

I got the same thing within the last 24 hours.  This guy left a message stating he was "Officer John McClain", which doesn't take a movie buff to know this is Bruce Wilis's character in DIE HARD.  He said he'd do his best to help me out of a legal situation.  Definitely of Indian descent - phone number came up as "Allentown, PA".  I am concerned though that he has my name, address, etc.  Since he has my physical location I'm concerned about this.  Impersonating an officer, fraud, etc.  Has anyone on this thread notified the police yet?

I called back with my number blocked and made up name for them and told them i had money/ he didnt chk who i was what account  just ready to take my money he gave me info where to send but of co**** i didnt just wanted to see how far theyd go with my fake story tp them..its a scam

Received a call stating that I owed money to a cash checking company, Cash Now I believe.  Accent so heavy couldn't quite understand.  When I told them to send to me in writing and not call me.  A second guy got on the phone and called me a ********** and a Motherf****er.  I simply ***g up the phone.  the phone number listed was 484-244-2320

I got a call from this number yes****ay and they left a voicemail stating I was to call them. So I did. when i asked for the name given the person who answered said one moment n then sounded like the same person picked the phone up. Foreign accent I could barely understand, but like others was told I had an account balance from a payday loan (which I never did) and asked if they had the correct address, email, and telephone number (of which they did) when I asked about the debt and who it was owed to a***n he quickly told me I was being rude and needed to hire an attorney within the hour because someone would be at my home with an arrest warrant then ***g up. I did not find this funny or amusing. I did a look up on the number and contacted police to let them know even though this is scam. They can't call and identify themselves as officers and threaten w arrest warrants.

i received a call from the same people,said i have done online illegal activity and owe for a pay day loan. gave me the run around when i asked the name of the loan company. The loan company's they gave me was cash advancement co. I wanted to call the company and ask what account the 250.00 that i never seen and never have done a online payday loan.I callede and it was the same company and the same people that called me from ACCATEL. I was told they could not give me information and that there has been a lawsuit filed a***nst me in my name. I told them that is not true,have know idea what the twenty different people i talked was talking about. It seeme as if i was talking to the same person with two different numbers i was given,he just tried to c****e his voice. i was told they were in BUSHWILL,PA and jurrassic park. All they did was yell and wouldn't let you talk. There accent is so heavy you can't understand them. I called this number supposely for CASH ADVANCEMENT CO. and was told this was a scam,i was told twice because i called back to back. I was trying to ask them were did they get my nformation from. Such crooks and scammers watch out everyone

Got several calls from this guy todaysaid i owe a debt i dont owe said if i didnt go to court house of Pittsberg. he would send arrest warrent to my door. Told him it was scam and that he was from India kept telling me he was from America untill he got mad then said he was from Mexico so I s****ed speaking spanish he had no clue what i was saying and s****ed threatning me a***n.

Got a call from 412-360-8433 foreign dude with heavy accent claiming to be from the Law & Investigation Dept of American Processing Treason anyhow they are a bunch of foreign scammers.

I got a voice mail today for a foreign guy that couldn't even*****ounce my name. He said that he was from the Law & Investigation Dept of American Processing Treason. That there was a lawsuit filed a***nst me for online fraud and criminal activity. I have no idea what they are talking about but I do not appreciated getting these calls. I am having some major health problems at this time and dont have time for this.

This number keeps calling my house looking for my boyfriend. They left a message today so I decided to call back. The first time I called, the man that answered ***g up on mewhen I said it was a scam. So I called back and asked for the name of the company and he called me a f****** b*****. So I told him he was a dumb**** and if they called here a***n I was going to call the police.
